This Confidential Tool Company is precision tools. Tools that create, connect and build the spaces we inhabit. Their history is innovation rich, whether the tools themselves or the fasteners that join two materials, they build our future. Each power tool operates at a unique audible frequency, assuring that wherever you are, their tools are easily identified and instill a unique vision of trust.
The Confidential Tool Company Headquarters space follows a strategy of activity based design in order to emphasize collaboration and innovation; to this end, the office is organized into "neighborhoods" connected by bright red tunnels, or portals. The neighborhoods create smaller communities within the office to build an engaging and interactive collegiate experience. Emphasizing the character and quality of the brand, their products are integrated throughout the design of the office.

This rare opportunity allowed for an energetic collaboration between the designer and client. Notable features include an installation of red saw blades spelling out their logo embedded into the wall of the Innovation Gallery. The defining signature staircase opens onto the gallery, a venue designed to showcase their identity, aesthetic, and ethos. The spaces are united by highlighting their products and people, emphasizing the strength and passion of the brand supported by illustrated technical graphics. Whether mapping the frequency with which their tools operate to create a focused moment of innovation, to their employee signature wall, all elements are combined to provide an immersive and unforgettable experience.
