Honor, Vision and Drive are the guiding principles behind the Ethos Group. Partnering with dealers to promote a customer-focused experience and to train the best salespeople guided the need for this training facility. As a space of learning each Brand installation becomes tool for training and each graphic a nod to the network of knowledge and service at Ethos. Walking along the wall of motorcycle mirrors, your image is reflected and reminds each individual of their connection with Ethos and in turn future customers, while a wall of steering wheels functions as a teaching moment and a reminder that fun should be instilled with each experience.
Ethos Group's new office in the Toyota Music Factory mixed-use development transforms the way the company works and gives their associates, clients, and visitors easy access to amenities.

With such a strong focus on customer service and the customer experience, Ethos Group needed a space which would align with the overall company mission. Gensler partnered with the client to strategically design an office space spanning multiple floors with each serving to intentionally elevate the guest experience.

The space itself serves as a model for what Ethos Group stands for, so first impressions and brand messaging are an important feature of the office. From the moment of arrival, visitors see a large, architecturally lit logo on the main wall and a dynamic perforated metal panel in the elevator lobby which changes colors throughout the day to evoke different moods. A series of Brand elements define not only the industry but the space's function as a training facility such as greeting guests at the elevator bank with an infinity mirror installation that showcases hundreds of matchbox cars.
