At Marriott Springwoods, the design of information and directional signage is guided by location. Light shining through the local tree canopies is mimicked through custom signage casting light upon each guestroom entry, welcoming you. Regional earth tones and natural reflections are highlighted with warm iridescent signage colors and information that appears as if it's dancing like dappled light on the ground.
The Marriott at Springwoods Village is a new, four-star property at the CityPlace development, leading the growth of Spring, Texas into the 21st century. The 339-key hotel acts as the front door to the new Exxon-Mobil campus. Gensler designed the hotel with amenities such as a landscaped pool deck with terrace, ballrooms, meeting rooms, fitness center, and upscale dining facilities. The design team drew inspiration from the railroad, lumber industry and local nature in Spring.
